If you are outside the Netherlands, your completed Dutch VOG can be sent to an international address. Where required, the document route can also include an Apostille and sworn translation before the original documents are dispatched.

For applicants who cannot handle the route in the Netherlands themselves
You may need a Dutch VOG even though you no longer live in the Netherlands. This can happen when a foreign employer, immigration authority, regulator or other organisation asks for a Dutch Certificate of Conduct.
In that situation, obtaining the certificate is only part of the practical problem. You may also need the original document prepared for use abroad and physically returned to another country.
